Healthy Chocolate Smoothie!

Lately I’ve been 10000% obsessed with these healthy chocolate smoothies I’ve been making.


The best part? You can make them EVERY DAY without any negative affect to your waistline.


  • 2 Bananas
  • Ice
  • Water
  • Cocoa Powder
    • optional: Peanut butter or peanut butter powder

Yep, that’s it! That’s all there is to it. My BIGGEST tip for flavor is to choose bananas that are slightly over-ripe. You want them to have lots of brown spots on the peel (not the actual banana) because that’s the stage in the banana’s life where it’s the sweetest. The quality/age of banana makes a huge difference, so if your bananas are green or only newly yellow, it simply won’t taste as good. Trust me on this one.
