Eating Clean: Salmon and Asparagus

Hey guys! Today for lunch I made one of my absolute favorite lunches: salmon and asparagus. I love it because it’s so freaking delicious and one of the easiest things I’ve ever made. I find it easier to make than a sandwich, for REAL. My salmon comes out so tender and flaky in the BEST way.


Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Get out a baking sheet


Place salmon and asparagus on the same sheet


Drizzle olive oil, salt and pepper on the salmon and asparagus


Bake it in the oven at 425 degrees for 12 minutes!!


12 minutes later… voila! Yummmmm.


So gorgeous. What a beautiful meal. So healthy! And this salmon cost about $3.50, and the asparagus was maybe $2? So this is inexpensive, on top of all of the other great aspects of this meal.

What is your favorite healthy meal? I’m looking for more options so that I don’t overdo this meal and accidentally get sick of it!
